Who is Autside? What are you all about?

Our Products

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed, prototyped, and tested in the US. Our Bags and Boards (cornhole) and Structural Integrity (giant Jenga) are manufactured in Vietnam. All other products and merchandise come from US based partners. 

How do you play pickleball? / How do you play bags and boards (cornhole)?

Are your products available in any stores?

Right now, we sell solely online at www.getautside.com .

How do I become notified when a product is released / back in stock?

Become an Autside Insider! To get updates on all product releases / restocks, make sure you join our email list. If you aren’t sure if you’re on our list or not, don’t take any chances and sign up in the footer below.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and PayPal.

Where is my order? How can I track my order?

Once the shipping label for your package has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is any problem with your order, reach out to support@getautside.com, and our team will assist you in every way we can.

My order is missing an item, what should I do?

If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to support@getautside.com, and our team will work to make it right.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

How fast will my order arrive?

Depending on the item(s) and if they are in-stock, most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. We typically ship within 1 business day. For larger items (like Bags and Boards or Structural Integrity), please allow 3-4 weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for the order and an expected delivery date.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at support@getautside.com . Please supply photos of the damage and of the packaging your order arrived in. We will work to get you a replacement, and ask you to return the item in the original packaging to us at no charge.

I need to change my shipping / billing address.

Please login to your account to update addresses at https://getautside.com/account/login . If you have already placed an order and need to change the shipping address, but have not already received notification the package has shipped, please email support@getautside.com right away.

Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number and expected arrival date.

How much do you give?

Autside donates 5% of every purchase to our nonprofit partners.

Who gets the donation?

We work with a select group of partner charities who share our vision of the life-giving power of play for those on the Autism Spectrum...and really each and everyone of us. Current partners we are supporting are ACEing Autism and To Be Like Me.

How often do you give?

We donate to our partners at the end of each calendar year.
